I am currently a BSc Honours Quantity Surveying student at Nelson Mandela University. In partial fulfilment of my degree, I am required to conduct a research treatise based on any construction related topic.

The purpose of my research is to investigate the influence of post occupancy evaluation on building cost management. Insight obtained from this study, will assist in determining what impact post occupancy evaluation has on cost planning and effective maintenance of buildings.
